Invoice Automation in the Cloud for Oracle EBS
Invoice processing is time-consuming and expensive work. This is especially true if invoicing involves inefficient paper-based processes, manual approvals and manual data-entry into your Oracle EBS system. These inefficiencies negatively affect your bottom line by increasing costs, creating liability & accrual blind-spots and causing other cash management, reconciliation & reporting challenges.

In this presentation you will learn how to:

  • Automate up to 90% of invoice processing, and eliminate 3x the costs associated with legacy approaches
  • Eliminate accrual blind-spots, pinpoint bottlenecks and have complete visibility of your entire AP process
  • Save millions with advanced discount management and early payment optimization

Oracle Financial Cloud: Product Overview and Strategy for Moving to the Cloud

Change is the new constant and for many companies, the pace of change has surpassed the ability to respond.  For these companies, the issue is largely due to their current on premise ERP systems being unable to support growth, technology advances, and the need for rapid innovation. Hear how Oracle’s Financial Cloud utilizes digital technologies, integration and automation to enhance the user experience and streamline your financial business processes. View a brief product demonstration that will enable you to envision the “art of the possible” as you consider how to migrate and enhance your on premise financial processes to the cloud. Understand lessons learned from an actual customer story that will highlight the process for planning and migrating from an on premise financial suite (including EBS) to the Oracle Financial Cloud and the results, both qualitative and quantitative, that the customer experienced.

Oracle Cloud PaaS-4-SaaS:  Adoption strategy for transitioning from on-premise to as-a-service.

There’s no better time to get a handle on your cloud adoption strategy then today.  The global marketplace is driving rapid change and organizations must be able to proactively adapt.  Oracle technologies and applications are the backbone of enterprise, but the speed to implement these systems has been a bottleneck for change.  The Oracle Cloud has greatly matured over the past two years and is positioned to accelerate time to value metrics.

The on-premise to as-a-service transformation is not a Big Bang, and like every generational change it comes with its own set of challenges.  This presentation will discuss the various cloud implementation models (private, hybrid, public), and give an overview of Platform Services (SCS, ICS, PCS, CCS, ACS) and how they integrate with Software Services (CX, EPM, ERP, HCM, SCM) to create an “EBS like” ecosystem.

The value of creating a PaaS-4-SaaS adoption strategy gives your organization the ability to dip your toes into the cloud without drowning in the transformation.  There are a lot of new and exciting features in the Cloud Service offerings that take the Best of Breed from Oracle’s ever-growing portfolio.  These new Services are built to compliment, extend, integrate and replace legacy systems with a scalable and elastic enterprise solution to grow with demand.

The Oracle Cloud is here and we can unequivocally say that there is no turning back.  The only thing you can do now is be prepared….and hold onto your socks.

Migrating to and integrating with Oracle ERP Cloud from on-premise applications:

More and more organizations are moving their IT investments to the cloud by implementing native cloud applications using the SaaS model.  Oracle has an extensive and strong cloud ERP suite fully supporting Financials and Supply Chain functions for most organizations.  While the benefits of the SaaS model are obvious, IT organizations do have questions and concerns around migrating to and implementing cloud applications.  Many of these questions are around integration, data conversion, security and customization of the Cloud ERP modules.

Our session attempts to cover some of these topics and answer questions around available tools, methodologies and best practices for implementing, integrating and operating Oracle Cloud ERP modules.
